Approach

We are not a fund. Saffie Ventures is a holding company built around a single conviction: that the difference between a good company and an enduring one is made in the operating details — the ones that cannot be delegated to a board seat.

We hold a deliberately small number of companies and involve ourselves directly in building them. That means the product decisions, the first hires, the hard quarters. We commit for the long term and measure ourselves the way an owner does, not the way a portfolio does.

This narrows what we take on. We would rather build three companies well than allocate capital across thirty. It is a slower model by design, and the one we believe compounds.
